DELIVERY POLICY My Flour Garden Bakery is an online dessert delivery service bakery based in Southern California. We will deliver locally within select cities/districts within Los Angeles county. Dessert deliveries will be left by the front door or other drop off location at delivery site if recipient is not available at time of delivery. My Flour Garden is not responsible for lost or stolen dessert items once delivery has been made/attempted. SHIPPING POLICY My Flour Garden has discontinued the service of shipping select non-perishable items nationwide. Our dessert items are now only available via local delivery within select Southern California cities. METHOD OF PAYMENT My Flour Garden Bakery accepts all major credit cards which we process via Paypal or a Paypal email invoice for customers with unique or special custom orders. Email invoices are processed via our merchant account through a secure Paypal paying system. Company checks accepted for corporate or frequent buyer accounts ONLY. Exact Cash on Delivery is available. Please mention this preference when ordering. However, we will require a credit card to hold and confirm your order for delivery. REFUND and ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY My Flour Garden Bakery's mission is to offer the best, freshest desserts we have to offer. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly offer our customers their choice of one of the following options: 1) Replace the dessert item [FREE LOCAL DELIVERY] 2) Replace dessert with one of similar value [FREE LOCAL DELIVERY] 3) Issue an online store credit for the amount of your dessert purchase minus delivery/parking fees, if applicable. Refund requests are only available within 5 days of purchase and must be redeemed within 30 days of online store credit issuance. There are NO REFUNDS for order cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to delivery. No exceptions! RETURNED CHECKS POLICY My Flour Garden will charge a fee of $35.00 for company or personal checks that are returned due to insufficient funds.
